Steven W. Wilson is the Founder and owner of The Way Service, a consulting service dedicated to assisting individuals and families with comprehensive estate and life planning. Through services such as estate planning coordination, legal and financial guidance, healthcare and end-of-life planning, family communication strategies, and documentation management, The Way Service helps clients gain clarity and control over life's most sensitive matters.

With over 24 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard, culminating in his role as a Senior Human Resource manager, Steven brings a wealth of experience in organizational leadership, compassion-driven service, and strategic planning. His military background instilled in him a deep sense of duty, discipline, and care for people in transition and crisis. 

The Way Service was born from Steven's personal experiences with the loss of friends and family--both in the military and civilian life--and the heartache he witnessed when loved ones were unprepared to handle the aftermath. Motivated by a desire to ease that burden for others, Steven now helps families prepare today so they can experience peace tomorrow.

At the heart of TheWayService are two guiding principles:
